My amazing trip to France is over, sad news but I'm grateful to be home. I know I shall take some fantastic memories of Paris with me always, and apart of me still belongs there. I could get lost in the scenery, it couldn't have been more perfect. The most important factor was the people there. The neighbours were fantastic and the community were so close - it was overwhelming. I was there when Spain won the Euro Cup, and the spanish supporters paraded around the gardens. I was happy to be sharing those moments with them.
I feel so grateful and eager to get back there.
Well today is the day, I've packed my suitcase and prepared well for my luxorious week away. About time I got my break.
Watch this space.
The endless days of searching are over, I finally got a brand new spanking phone - which I am incredibly excited about.
I've had it for about a month now and we're getting on very well, she's very well behaved ;) and everyday someone's created a new application to make it even more magical than it already is.
I mean for Christ sake's I play Super Mario, on the iphone as if it's super Nintendo. 2008 or the 1990's?! Who cares, merge both era's.
Speaking of games, I've become a real hooker for video games. Can't get enough its a brilliant addiction that I'm pissing my money away for.
Whether it's the PS2, Nintendo DS, PC or Nintendo 64 - where there's a new game, there's a Madeeha behind it ;) I'm currently into Super Mario 64 on Nintendo DS, extremely frustrating but totally worth it when you get a power star in the end.
Oh and Ive always been a major fan of the Sims 2 series, which is why I'm literally at the edge of my seat waiting for Sims 3 - no joke people, it's actually coming out this year!
Recently got Sims 2 Freetime, will exercise that disk next week after I come back from Paris. Agreed, EA Games are big money makers that lure us addicts into buying endless expansion packs, but at £9.99 a peice, how can you go wrong? And since when did we start putting prices on hours of endless fun?
For me, school's out for the summer. So quite frankly I deserve to sleep, eat and play my arse off after enduring two solid months of no games, no freedom - book after book - class after class, and pressurising parents to complete my GCSE's.
No guilt, what so ever. So c'mon who dares to tell me otherwise?
I was grateful to experience the magical moment where I entered a retail shop and was swept away at my feet at the sigh of a drop dead gorgeous dress. I found my "to-die-for" dress.
And a major bonus; I have a 70% discount on it. The downfall you ask? I'm not allowed to buy it on account of "you-dont-have-anywhere-to-wear-such-a-fancy-dress".
Shocking, and tragedy of the century. Woe is me, and I shall crawl up into a little ball and cry myself to sleep tonight.
I'm allowed to be vain just this once.
Well.. GIGS of course ;)
I saw Backstreet Boys and then AJ Mclean a few days after.. and I don't feel guilty about taking a few days off revision :)
I did study in Scotland, whilst many distractions surrounded me. I think that says ALOT about me ;)
Have lottsss of footage, but I'm on the laptop so I don't have my files >.<
